Children learn how to walk. How to ride a bicycle. They can only do these things if they have time to practice walking and riding a bicycle. Children can also learn how to use their mind. They can only do this if they have time to practice solving problems using their mind. However our schools systems wast 95% of their time teaching fruitless and some time destructive objectives on purpose.
Children need the time to learn how to use all their personality styles. Children need the time to learn how to use all their cognitive abilities. Then they will be able to solve problems.
However they do not know what their personality styles are. They do not know what their cognitive abilities are.

The underlying plan to destroy America:
There is this outstanding problem of “Defending ourselves from the manipulation of our brain”. First, the real question is how did this happen, what consequences did we suffer because of this event, Second how does our brain really work, third what is the solution to the problem and fourth what operational model is the best solution for our future stability.
To get us ready to learn how to solve problems, the topic was first broken down into four volumes. The first volume describes how we can get ready to learn in spite of “the woke” manipulation efforts of our educational system. The second volume uses lecture notes from my game theory and artificial intelligence classes along with six key authors describing how our brain works and how we think. The third volume provides a possible solution to overcome the manipulation of our beliefs even after we may be suffering from poor voting choices. The fourth volume introduces how the software industry model can help keep our life and our government’s work process under control. This topic demonstrates how feedback control mathematics can lead us in the proper direction. (The first book along with the fourth book can start you down the path of being an excellent software designer, writer, and independent contractor.) Together these four are the solution to be productive in life and could save our country.

During the 1948 American Psychological Association Convention in Boston a group of educators and educational psychologist met to define an educational system based on descriptions of student behavior, their emotion. They created two significant hand books.
Volume 1: Getting Ready to Learn:
The Greatest Secret Since WWII
Is how the communist planned to destroy America. Do you remember when Khrushchev took off his shoe and beat it on the table while he showed us the bottom of his shoe? Showing the bottom of his shoe to us was a Russian insult. He said to us, there is no power on this earth that could defeat your military might. The message from his shoe was we would crush us into the ground. But how was this going to happen? He understood the strength of the Jewish Christian Heritage. The key is our religious strength that gave us our physical strength. He said, we will be defeated from with in. They planned to destroy our basic foundation by brainwashing our children for generations. They would use these children to destroy our Jewish Christian Heritage. He knew that ten years before he became premier (1958–1964) the communist started their plan. ‘A group of educational psychologists organized an informal meeting at the 1948 American Psychological Association Convention in Boston (hbI4_3’. ← (this is a reference to a book that is in the 11 Appendix of the book.)
They created three Handbooks. The first two books describe how they brainwashed our children. How this would destroy our culture. And then the children would destroy our most important strength, our Jewish Christian Heritage.
Found on the back cover of the first book we see the description of the destruction of this plague sweeping across our country. Here is part of this description. “This exponential problem is now the basis on which to understand the difference between people in large cities like New York, Chicago, and most west coast cities compared to the rest of the nation. Today we can see different political parties having a completely different perspective for the future of our country. The same problem discovered when running the co-op program has now expanded into more students in college classes. The communication problems these students were suffering since 1985 and before have been injected into the rest of our country.”
“Why You Should Read This Book:
The main point of this text is that our students are not ready to receive their education primarily because they have no idea how to learn. What has happened is our educational system has impressed emotionalism into our students and without a balance of other personality styles their effectiveness has greatly diminished. There new “believe system” that they worship is called emotivism in this book.
The emotivism “believe system” is made up of two communist Handbooks.
The first is Handbook I: Cognitive Domain in 1956 that focused on the lowest level of cognitive thought (brains function) Knowledge. {noted here as hbI} So that 95% of the educators focused only on this most worthless mental activity. Did you hear the brainwashing phrase “Knowledge is Power”? At this level emotionalism and communism is power. However, the creativity and success of education relies upon the top three levels of cognitive thought. These are Analysis, Synthesis, and Evaluation. These three use any observed events. They use past events that are remembered. The mind plays with these events like playing cards on the table to see in your mind your best life choices (aa86_4. The best direction in life you wish to take. This Handbook is used to destroy our analytical ability to solve problems.
The second book is, Handbook II Affective Domain that arrived in 1964. From the first book above we have on page 7: This book deals with the manipulation of the internal behaviors and feelings of an individual to drive their “behavioral manifestations”. How they feel and think. This is the “woke book” used to brainwash our population.
These two handbooks are designed to disable a persons ability to analytical observe what is going on around them. They are unable to use this information to make decisions for their own best future. They are the general population wearing the goggles of Evelyn’s Screen Slayer in Disney Pixar’s “Incredibles 2”. Everyone was forced to wear those goggles. We just watch the broadcasts from the communist.
Volume 2: How Did You Learn to Think Like That?
(There are three unique versions of this book: 0.7, 1.0, and the current version 2.0)
The first chapter provides a simple model about how we think. The following chapters color in the detail of this image.
This book starts with three significant authors that answer the question:
HOW DOES OUR MIND REALLY WORK?
The first three doctors defined:

the Functional Model of the Brain
Followed by the three Experts View that provide the
PROGRAMMING OF THE BRAIN:
These three provide the foundation for America’s existence.

The Jewish Christian Heritage Historical Foundation of America
Then there are some Common people with their vision of how it all works. Followed by some common vocabulary describing “The Underlying Basis of Understanding the World”
There are some software chapters to reinforce keeping the work process under control. A topic our government needs to practice.
This second book analytical justifies what was said in the first book. This book is a watered down version of some of my lecture notes used in my Game Theory and Artificial Intelligence classes.
Volume 3: How Did America Learn to Think Like That?
This book paints the picture of how America began. How the common man and the wealthy British population fought a battle to create their version of the American Organization. The definition of the American organization is explored.
At the beginning it looked like “the people” would win. However after the federal Government started operation the Wealthy British population violated the constitution and took control of the government. These problems persist today as we watch the Federal government explode with greed and power with the government’s expansion. From the changing of definitions of words to complete actions ignoring the constitutions existence. Presently we see the take over of our liberty by the Islamic invasion of the Jewish Christian Western World.
The common man can still take control and restore the original intent of the American Constitution to secure liberty for all. However some of the wealthy want more power and money all taken from the common man. They have expanded their Lucifer’s role. They have adopted the communist manifesto to secure their feudalism rain over the common man, their peasants. Look at the TV series Robin Hood with Richard Greene. They are using the technique presented in the first book, volume one. They have expanded the communist component of the Democratic Party to take total control of this party and the American organization.
If the general population can wake up, with just a few amendments to the Constitution the common American can take back our country and our land.
The question is how brainwashed is our general population? Can they stop, evaluate, and move forward to secure our liberty?
Volume 4: “Getting Ready to Learn Software”
If all the levels of government implemented The Software Industry Development Methodology into their operational procedures we can take control of our governments work process. The People could restore its rightful role as the owners of the American Organization. The ownership of their liberty will be assured and they can delegate their liberty as they see fit. So the people, not the puppet masters, will control our destiny.
When the Software Industry Development work process is injected into all levels of Government we will discover many problems. Besides the problem of low cohesion and high coupling the largest observable problem is the improper use of delegation. A simple understanding of delegation includes at least these four components: title that includes a mandatory job description, limited relative authority, sharply defined responsibility, and wage.
The under lying tool used to implement The Software Industry Development Methodology is The Iteration. This Methodology is a perfect explanation of an extended iteration. Further, this example will show how to control government operations. The American organization and its Constitution is a perfect example of a failed project.
When the redesign of this failure is accomplished the student of software will see the faults and how to remedy them. These problems will also require the retraining or removal of non-compliant actors.
The total solution of a rebuilt organization is beyond the scope of this book however this example will provide the starting objectives for a future text on this topic. The primary purpose of this book is Getting Ready to Learn Software.
This book introduces several key terms and thinking processes that brings stability to any development process of analytical thought. It must be understood that these items will be seen indirectly as we rebuild the operational procedures. The topic of the book is not how to fix our government. It is to demonstrate the development iteration for our students.
Simple Biography of Gerald Evans
Because of my concern for the failure of our educational system I ran for office and wrote this introduction. My Biography of 2022:
Let me introduce myself, my name is Gerald Evans.
Last year I went to several of Our Public School Board of Education meetings and met with The Superintendent of the Grant Public Schools.
I went because for years I have watched our high school children suffer so severely because they were not ready for upper levels of education. The problem is getting worse every year.
I graduated from high school in 1965 to work 60 hours a week on an assembly line to pay for my education as I went to community college. I started writing software in 1968, enlisted in the army in 1970. I worked as a system analyst as I ran the co-op program in a medium size pipeline company. This is when I started noticing the problems our young adults were having. When I retired from software in 2001 (Y2K) I began to teach at Grand Valley State University and later at ITT Tech. While at ITT Tech I was the IT Curriculum Representative for the Midwest (Chicago) region using my Software Engineering experience. I was successful in reworking many of the classes negotiating with the New York, Georgia and California regions. After new management took over ITT Tech, I went to Ferris State University.
I have worked in medical research, medical business systems, lead a group of electrical engineers modifying both of the Ford Louisville truck plant assembly lines, managed the research and development of, and designed the automation of some hydroelectric plants.
Today I would like to help our children to get ready for their future by:
Teaching how to solve problems using: Analysis- Take things apart, Synthesis- putting things together, and Evaluation- choosing the best answer.
Stopping the entire Woke behaviorism and its side effects.
Using all the personality styles: Innovative, Procedural, Result oriented, emotionalism, and how to be a Chameleon.
